Happy Hound Play & Daycare offers doggy day care, boarding, training and grooming to dog owners in the East Bay and surrounding areas. It includes fire evacuation, earthquake plans, and pet first aid. The owner of Happy Hound has joined the Disaster Council, a 10-county government work group for pet emergency response.
