He has made a lot of good friends there including some girlfriends, I understand, both two- and four-legged. Your staff has been great. They are always on the ball to take or retrieve him quickly and have been great about attending to various feeding and care requests. Zorro's a pretty socialized guy since he's been in the different sized play groups so it helps when I take him out in the real world and he meets strange dogs. You run a good ship.

AM Manager
Monica was inspired to work with animals after adopting two Chihuahua mixes, Sprinkle and Teddy. Not only does she care about her dogs having the opportunity to socialize and have fun with other dogs and humans, she also believes that animals need to be cared for naturally and with green eco-friendly foods and products. Ultimately, this is why she wanted to work here at Happy Hound. She also gets to give and receive lots of hugs and love from all the dogs that come in each day, and that's not bad for a days work! |

Elliott has worked in almost every position at Happy Hound, and his excellent work ethic and love for dogs has lead him to to be our PM shift manager. He has always loved dogs and grew up with two of his own, a terrier/whippet mix named Sparky and a lab/pit bull mix named Ginger. Having lived in the bay area for most of his life, he has had the pleasure of meeting many of our happy hounds and their parents even before he started working with us! Even so, his favorite part of the job is being able to meet new dogs every day! |

Rachelle and Natalie
Weekend Manager Team
Rachelle is a upbeat addition to the Happy Hound family. She is dedicated to making sure that dogs of all kinds live a happy life including giving plenty of kisses to all the pooches in group. When she is not working at Happy Hound or being a student she is spending time with her dog, Tara and her chinchilla, Nico. She can be found greeting you with a smile throughout the week and on the weekends!
Natalie began working at Happy Hound in September 2011 as a handler. After a couple of months she joined Rachelle as a weekend shift manager and can also be seen throughout the week assisting the weekday managers. Natalie has always had a love for animals and is very excited to be working at Happy Hound with all the great dogs. Natalie is an enthusiastic and dedicated employee who loves coming to work every day. In her free time Natalie loves to hike and enjoy the outdoors with her corgi scooter. As she continues to work at Happy Hound Natalie is excited to make more new dog friends and get to better know their parents as well! |

Maggie Cassell
Office Manager
After a couple of months as a Dog Handler, Maggie moved into the Facilities Manager position. If you’ve called Happy Hound, you’ve probably talked to her on the phone. When she’s not answering phones and doing other office stuff, you can find her sneaking out to the Hound Towns giving kisses to the doggies! Outside of work, she hangs out with her three dogs: Buddy, Mona and Vonnegut. |
